According to APP, Meishan Ju Innovation Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 10, with Wang Yanming as its legal representative, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan, and its business scope includes: battery manufacturing; battery sales; manufacture of special equipment for electrical machinery; recycling and echelon utilization of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles.

The company is 100% controlled by Shenzhen Hongpeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which is an affiliated company of Baoneng Group, according to the company's equity penetration.

In addition to Meishan Juchuang, Shenzhen Hongpeng has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Guangzhou Juchuang, Kunshan Juchuang and Kunshan Baochuang.
