At the same time, the assessment of 2021 is still ongoing and was determined by Indonesia's report No. 1 of 2021 on the environmental management of the corporate performance evaluation plan conducted in July 2021 with reference to the provisions of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic.

He said that according to ministerial regulations, the Corporate Environmental Management performance Evaluation Plan is an assessment of the performance of the heads of operations and / or activities of environmental management departments. However, Karliansyah revealed that appropriate ratings can be changed annually according to the company's ability or failure to comply with environmental regulations (wastewater treatment and discharge according to relevant activity quality standards and discharge quality standards, and management of LB3 according to applicable standards) he said: "for mining activities and potential environmental damage, if all requirements are met, the company will receive a BLUE rating, but if not, You will definitely get a RED rating.
