On March 24, Guoxuan Hi-Tech and Yichun signed an investment cooperation agreement in Hefei, and the two sides signed a contract on the establishment of a joint venture mining company and the landing of the industrial park project. Guoxuan and Yichun will work together to build Yichun into an influential lithium new energy industry base in the world and in the forefront of the country.

Set up mining companies to ensure the supply of resources

On the same day, Guoxuan Hi-Tech and Yichun Mining Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to establish a joint venture company, the two sides agreed to jointly contribute 100 million yuan to establish Yichun Guoxuan Mining Co., Ltd., the joint venture company is Guoxuan Hi-Tech holding subsidiary. Guoxuan Hi-Tech holds 51% of the shares, and Yichun Mining Co., Ltd. holds 49% of the shares. The business scope of the joint venture company includes the mining, management and operation of mineral resources, with the aim of jointly investing in the development of mineral resources and ensuring the supply of lithium ore resources of the company.

In addition, Guoxuan Hi-Tech and Yichun Economic and technological Development Zone have signed an investment cooperation agreement to build Yichun Lithium Industrial Park project, including the extraction, processing and application of lithium carbonate resources, and Synchronize to promote industrialization projects such as lithium battery research and development and manufacturing. Guoxuan Hi-Tech supply chain regional headquarters will also be built. The project covers an area of 500 mu, which is divided into two phases of construction. The first phase of the project strives to be completed and put into production by the end of 2022. Another 500 mu of land is reserved for the project.
