Exclusive: SMM's Lead team Field Trip –Jiangsu Haibao Battery Technology

SHANGHAI, Mar 17 (SMM)—Domestic lead market witnessed a gradual growth of production capacity in recent years. SMM has integrated the customer groups on lead industry chain, including upstream companies, including smelters, battery materials and auxiliary materials, and third-party equipment in an effort to match resource among the whole industry chain, lower lead-acid battery companies’ production costs and explore the way of developing the battery industry.

From March 15 to 19, SMM lead team will visit Haibao Battery Technology, Shuangdeng Group, Haiyi New Energy Yangzhou, Tongke Battery, Huafu Energy Storage New Technology, Oliter Energy Technology, Ailisheng Battery, Leoch Battery, Yongda Power, Xupai Power, and conduct onsite survey on the production situation of China's lead industry raw material enterprises with industry players, so as to seek more precise and in-depth cooperation, and create more effective and sustainable exchanges. Jiangsu Haibao Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was invested and established by Hong Kong Suzhong Group. The company is located in the new area of Jiangsu Rudong Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 240,000 square metres and a building area 120,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The company fully adopts Hypertherm technology and introduces the most advanced equipment of motive battery production in China, specialising in the production of electric vehicle batteries, military batteries, solar energy storage batteries, wind power storage batteries, new energy vehicle batteries, agricultural vehicles and motorcycle batteries, etc. The performance of all products has reached the international leading level. Jiangsu Haibao adheres to environmental protection and consciously fulfills the social responsibilities by adopting the top environmental protection equipment and facilities in production. The whole process includes closed automatic conveying, intelligent automatic control, and automatic online and offline operations, which is large-scaled and standardised.
