Under the circumstances that the current epidemic situation in Indonesia Wanxiang is serious and other personnel are unable to enter the field normally, the project department reasonably organized the existing construction personnel and completed the group butt welding of the electric furnace floor of Wanxiang and Liuxiang electric furnace in one month on the premise of ensuring construction safety and quality. On this basis, the hoisting of the shells of two electric furnaces was completed in 2.5 days.
The electric furnace in Indonesia Wanxiang RKEF Ni-Fe installation project is designed by Dalian Science and Technology heavy Industry. the furnace body diameter is 18 meters, a single set is composed of 16 pieces, the furnace shell height is 7.45m, and the single piece weighs 5.7842 tons. The hoisting height needs to jump over the steel structure beam of the workshop, and the working radius from the lifting support point to the final installation distance is more than 24 meters. In order to ensure construction safety and smooth operation, Indonesia Wanxiang RKEF Nickel Iron installation Project Department selects the 150T crawler crane newly purchased by Party A, the main arm is equipped with 52 meters (40 meters beyond the standard requirement), and carries out on-site welding support and reinforcement during multi-stage hoisting of the furnace shell. In view of the problems such as the need for high-altitude operation in the follow-up welding operation and the easy deformation of the furnace bottom plate and shell in the welding process, the project department organizes technicians to study the construction technology and welding sequence, and strictly requires the welders to carry out in accordance with the technical requirements to ensure the quality of construction.
Combined with the current epidemic prevention and control situation, Indonesia Wanxiang RKEF Nickel Iron installation Project Department strictly implements the requirements of epidemic prevention and control deployment, does a good job of epidemic situation monitoring of the project department, timely procurement of prevention and control materials, food and daily necessities, and pays attention to personal protective hygiene and safety distance to prevent personnel from going out unnecessarily, so as to ensure the safety and order of project construction.
