The Ministry of Environment openly solicited the opinions of the Circular on strengthening the Identification of Hazardous wastes (draft for soliciting opinions)

In order to implement the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution by solid waste, strengthen the environmental management of hazardous waste identification, and standardize the management of hazardous waste identification units, our Ministry has organized and compiled the Circular on strengthening the Identification of Hazardous waste (draft for soliciting opinions). Now we are open to soliciting opinions (the draft and compilation instructions can be searched in the section of "solicitation of opinions" on the website of our department http://www.mee.gov.cn/).

All government organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals may put forward opinions and suggestions. Please send your comments to our department in writing (please send the electronic documents to the contact person's email at the same time). The deadline for consultation is February 5, 2021.
