SMM: a few days ago, Musk revealed on his personal Twitter account that Tesla's ModelY7 seat model will be put into production "next month", that is, in November, and the first models will be delivered in early December.
According to Tesla's overseas official website, the price of the seven-seater version of, Model Y is $3000 more than the ordinary five-seater model, which is equivalent to 20, 000 yuan more for two more seats. The current prices of the two different configurations are $43690 (about 294000 yuan) and $53690 (about 361300 yuan), respectively.
In terms of appearance, Tesla Model Y uses a family design style, the whole car looks very athletic, and the interior continues to carry a 15-inch central touch screen. At the same time, the internal space of the five-seater Model Y model that has been delivered on the market is not as abundant as expected, and its length, width and height are 4750/1921/1624mm respectively. Although this size is much larger than the Model 3, it is hard to imagine how the third row of seating space for the Model Y 7 seater will be designed. Some netizens even speculated that the third row of seats would be designed to face the rear to ensure that there was enough space.
In terms of power, there are two versions of, Model Y in overseas markets, with a performance version with a range of 468km and a top speed of 250km per hour, with a maximum speed of 250km per hour and 3.5s with 21-inch tires; and a long-range version with a range of 508km and a top speed of 217km with a speed of 48km / h with 19 or 20-inch tires. Both versions are dual-motor all-wheel drive with a trunk volume of 1930L.
Editor's comments:
Tesla delivered 139300 vehicles in the third quarter of 2020, breaking the company's record of 112000 in the fourth quarter of 2019. Of the third quarter deliveries, Model X and Model S delivered a total of 15200 vehicles, and Model 3 and Model Y delivered a total of 124100 vehicles.
At present, the Model 3 is still the main model sold by Tesla, the, Model Y has not yet been delivered in important markets such as China and Europe. Whether this model can become the "most popular" Tesla model in the future, and whether this seven-seater version can bring more sales, remains to be seen.
