VOCs is one of the important precursors of ozone pollution. The main tasks of VOCs pollution reduction include: establishing the management list of VOCs pollution prevention and control in key industries such as petrochemical, chemical, industrial painting, packaging and printing; strengthening the detection and repair of VOCs leakage; organizing enterprises in related industries to carry out transformation of VOCs standards; promoting VOCs monitoring and monitoring in key industries; promoting the implementation of online monitoring and supervisory sampling of oil and gas recovery facilities such as gas stations; and completing the transformation of oil and gas recovery of key crude oil and oil products terminals.

VIII. Task of controlling exhaust pollution from mobile sources

In recent years, the annual growth of motor vehicle emissions in our city has reached about 1200 tons, which has an obvious impact on the air quality of the whole city, and the ship traffic volume is relatively large, so the impact on urban air quality can not be ignored. The main tasks of mobile source exhaust pollution control include: completing the task of early elimination of national III standard diesel trucks, promoting the treatment of national Ⅲ heavy diesel vehicles, and aiming at early elimination and exhaust control, our city has issued the "Wuhan National III diesel vehicle early phase-out subsidy implementation plan" and the "Wuhan heavy diesel truck exhaust treatment reward and compensation work plan"; We will continue to carry out road inspection and law enforcement of diesel truck exhaust emissions and non-road mobile mechanical exhaust pollution, and public security traffic control and ecological environment departments will form a regular joint law enforcement mechanism for motor vehicle road inspection.
