Nickel-based alloy new material project construction content of Inner Mongolia (Naiman) Jingan Nonferrous Metal Materials Co., Ltd. the construction content of the new nickel-based alloy project is to build an annual output of 1.2 million tons of Ni-Fe alloy, 600000 tons of Si-mn alloy, 400000 tons of high-carbon ferrochromium production line and 1.2947 million tons of steelmaking production line. The total investment of the project is 15 billion yuan, of which 18 nickel-iron production lines in the first phase are planned to invest 5 billion yuan, with a total investment of 5.069 billion yuan since the start of construction.

SMM News: inner Mongolia (Naiman) Jingan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. Up to now, the civil construction foundation and secondary structure of the equipment in workshop 1-2 have been completed, and the drying kiln, rotary kiln, ore reheating furnace body and electrical installation have been completed. the closing works such as color tile closure, workshop floor leveling, ore heat furnace laying and so on are being carried out, and the steel structure of the feeding corridor and the color tile closure of the workshop are being carried out in the No. 3 workshop. Workshop 4-9 carried out the secondary structure, feeding corridor, drying kiln, rotary kiln, submerged arc furnace equipment welding and other projects, and the project was carried out in an orderly manner according to the planned schedule. As for the public auxiliary workshop, the main body and steel structure of the public auxiliary workshop, such as water supply system, nitrogen production system, compressed air and so on, have been completed, and the equipment has entered the commissioning stage. The power transmission of 220KV substation was completed on September 3. At present, the "Jinying first line" and No.1 main transformer of 220KV substation have been put into operation.

Workshop 1-3 of the project has entered the production and commissioning stage. It is planned that 6 production lines of Synchronize will be put into production in October and 18 production lines will be put into full production in 2021.
