He said that lightweight structure, high modulus, high strength, high thermal conductivity, low expansion, damping, heat and wear resistance, radiation shielding and other contents are the main research background of composites.
The development of engineering preparation and processing technology includes extrusion deformation, forging, rolling and so on. Carbon nanotube composite reinforced ZXXX, 6XXX, 7XXX aluminum alloy profiles, the strength and modulus are increased by more than 20% and 15% respectively, while maintaining considerable plasticity, it is an ideal high modulus and high strength aluminum alloy material.
High modulus alkene-carbon aluminum alloy composites have a composite preparation technology prototype with independent intellectual property rights, a series of material systems for different applications and performance requirements, and the comprehensive properties and preparation capabilities have reached the international advanced level.
