CGN new energy Guiyang inexpensive photovoltaic base project starts

[Zhongguang Nuclear New Energy Guiyang affordable Photovoltaic Base Project started] on September 11, Zhongguang Nuclear Power Corp. Guiyang Photovoltaic Base Project in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, started work in Meitian Village, Sili Town, Guiyang County. The project is located on barren hills and slopes, which will help to prevent soil erosion and bring stable benefits to local villagers.

The project, with a development capacity of 200MW and a total investment of 1 billion yuan, will be carried out in two phases and will be invested and built by CGN New Energy Hunan Branch. The project is a key construction project in Chenzhou City. Hunan Province will start construction in 2020, the first project that has achieved the target in that year, and will be connected to the grid by the end of this year. After completion, it can generate 200 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 180000 tons, equivalent to 7000 mu of reforest area. Not only that, it can also generate 15 million yuan of local tax every year to promote the sustainable economic development of Guiyang County.

According to reports, Zhongguang Nuclear Group is a large-scale clean energy central enterprise in China. CGN New Energy is a holding subsidiary of CGN. At present, Zhongguang Nuclear New Energy Hunan Branch is building 780000 kilowatts of machines in transportation, with an investment of more than 4 billion yuan.
