SMM: on the morning of September 9, Maanshan Iron and Steel Mining Co., Ltd. held a national intelligent manufacturing demonstration mine construction project-- Gushan Coal Mine Zhong Jiu Iron Mine Mining and Separation Construction Project start ceremony.

Guo Bin, deputy general manager of Baowu, China, announced the start of the project, together with Ma'anshan Municipal Party Committee Secretary Zhang Yuefeng and Mayor Yuan Fang, Maanshan Group Party Committee Secretary and Chairman Wei Yao, Maanshan Vice Mayor Li Qiang, Baosteel Resources President and Deputy Party Committee Secretary Lu Kecong jointly launched the project crystal ball.

Yuan Fang spoke at the ceremony. He said: the Zhongjiu Iron Mine project is a practical action to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Anhui, especially the inspection of Maanshan and China's Baowu Maanshan Iron and Steel Group, and marks a new step forward in in-depth cooperation between China's Baowu and Maanshan City. New fruits have been achieved. Yuan Fang hopes that Zhongjiu Iron Mine will become a model of safe, green and intelligent mines, and that Baowu of China will continue to work with Maanshan City to promote the comprehensive landing of various projects in the "18" industrial base. We will build a large raw material system for Baowu in China and accelerate the pace of becoming a leader in the global steel industry.
