On September 11, the midpoint of RMB exchange rate in the interbank foreign exchange market is: 1 US dollar to RMB 6.8389, 1 euro to RMB 8.0877, and 100 yen to RMB 6.4425.

SMM: the people's Bank of China authorized the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center to announce that the midpoint of the RMB exchange rate in the inter-bank foreign exchange market on September 11, 2020 is: 1 US dollar to RMB 6.8389 yuan, 1 euro to RMB 8.0877 yuan, 100 yen to RMB 6.4425 yuan, 1 Hong Kong dollar to RMB 0.88240 yuan, 1 pound to RMB 8.7611 yuan, 1 Australian dollar to RMB 4.9679 yuan, 1 New Zealand dollar to RMB 4.5490, 1 Singapore dollar to RMB 4.9952, 1 Swiss franc to RMB 7.5144, 1 Canadian dollar to RMB 5.1859, RMB 1 to 0.60879 ringgit, RMB 1 to 10.9905 Russian rouble, RMB 1 to 2.4690 South African rand, RMB 1 to 173.59 won, RMB 1 to United Arab Emirates dirhams, RMB 1 to 0.54855 Saudi riyals, RMB 1 to 44.2150 Hungarian forint, 1 yuan to 0.55053 Polish zloty, 1 yuan to 0.9200 Danish kronor, 1 yuan to 1.2811 Swedish kronor, 1 yuan to 1.3248 Norwegian kronor, 1 yuan to 1.08924 Turkish lira, 1 yuan to 3.1346 Mexican pesos, 1 yuan to 4.5784 Thai baht.

August imports were 66.24 tonnes, up 74.3% month-on-month; cumulative imports for January-August reached 951.39 tonnes. Silver ore and concentrate imports reached 266,055.59 tonnes in August, up 24.47% month-on-month and 39% year-on-year; cumulative imports for January-August reached 1.6444 million tonnes, up 36.6% year-on-year.
