So in many new types of fuel cells, for the hydrogen energy fuel cell vehicle industry, the subsidy policy has been the focus of the industry.
Many enterprises also believe that the current downturn in the production and sales of fuel cell vehicles is mainly affected by two factors: one is that the epidemic is disadvantageous to the implementation of enterprise production plans, and the other is that policy uncertainty also brings adverse effects. In April this year, the notice on adjusting and improving the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles was issued, but so far the subsidy rules have not been announced, and the uncertainty of the policy has led to a wait-and-see state for both production enterprises and the market. The combination of the two factors led to a sharp decline in production and sales of fuel cell vehicles in the first half of this year.
In addition, the industrialization time of fuel cell vehicles is relatively short, and the industry is still in the early stage of development. if the cost of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle in China needs 700,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan, while the fuel vehicle of the same level only needs more than 100,000 yuan, it will take a long time to reduce the cost. Then from the perspective of commercialization, it is very important to subsidize the policy for a long time, and the lack of policy will lead to a great slowdown or even stagnation in the development of the industry.
At present, the fuel cell vehicle industry dominated by hydrogen is mainly driven by policy, and the policy uncertainty will greatly affect the enthusiasm of enterprises. In addition, some hydrogen fuel cell vehicles can only be subsidized in model cities, leaving many companies on the sidelines. Coupled with this year's fuel cell vehicle subsidy policy has not yet been issued, the policy is unclear, enterprises have no evidence to test, short-term production and sales have declined. Although our country is making great efforts to develop new energy vehicles, they are basically based on "electricity". In the face of some more advanced or uncertain energy fuels, there is indeed a phenomenon that they can not be fully covered in terms of policies and subsidies.
