In the first half of 2020, the photovoltaic power generation of Erlianhot City was 116.96828 million kilowatt hours, and the equivalent power generation hour was about 835.5 hours, which was 13.5% lower than that of the same period in 2019. From a single month, the photovoltaic power generation of Erlianhot City in June was 17.54524 million kilowatt hours, down 19.8% from the same period last year, accounting for 15% of the photovoltaic power generation in the first quarter.

Among them, Huadian wind-solar complementary field 22000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm generated 19.68216 million kilowatt hours of electricity in half a year, down 7.5 percent from the same period last year, limited generation capacity of 1.3582 million kilowatt hours, and equivalent generation hours of 894.6 hours. The output of Huadian Phase II 48000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm in the first half of the year was 41.61505 million kilowatt hours, down 7.4 percent from the same period last year, with a limit of 3.63688 million kilowatt hours and 866.9 hours of equivalent power generation hours. The output of Huadian Phase III 10,000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm in the first half of the year was 9.79561 million kilowatt hours, down 2.9 percent from the same period last year, with a limit of 339810 kilowatt hours and 979.6 hours of equivalent power generation hours. The power generation of Mengneng New Energy 20, 000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm in the first half of the year was 18.31326 million kilowatt hours, down 8.3 percent from the same period last year, with a limit of 1.33027 million kilowatt hours and 915.7 hours of equivalent power generation hours. Monkejin Sun 10,000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm has no power generation for half a year. Tianhong Sunshine 30,000 kilowatt photovoltaic farm generated 27.5622 million kilowatt hours of electricity in the first half of the year, down 5.9 percent from the same period last year, with a limit of 2.23154 million kilowatt hours and 918.7 hours of equivalent power generation hours.

According to reports, Samsung Electronics is working with NVIDIA to accelerate the development of next-generation NAND flash memory chips. A joint research team comprising the Samsung Semiconductor Research Institute, NVIDIA, and the Georgia Institute of Technology has successfully developed a "physics-informed neural operator" model. This model analyzes the performance of ferroelectric-based NAND devices more than 10,000 times faster than existing models, and the related results have been made public. Based on these research findings, Samsung is collaborating with NVIDIA to develop and commercialize ferroelectric NAND flash memory.
