Science and Technology Innovation Board Lithium Power Army will add another member! The first meeting of Pai Neng Technology.

SMM: on Sept. 3, the Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosed the announcement of the result of the 70th review meeting of the Science and Technology Innovation Board listing Committee in 2020, and Shanghai Paineng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pai Neng Technology") was approved for the first time.

Data show that Paron Technology is one of the early commercial manufacturers of lithium battery energy storage systems in China, focusing on lithium battery energy storage applications for more than 10 years, and establishing a fully automatic line cell production base and PACK assembly base in Jiangsu and Hubei, with more than 100 BMS and system teams.

This time, IPO, Paron Technology plans to issue no more than 38.7112 million shares and to raise 2 billion yuan, mainly to invest in lithium-ion battery and system production base projects, 2GWh lithium battery efficient energy storage production projects and supplementary working capital projects.

According to the prospectus, in 2017, 2018 and 2019, the operating income of Paron Technology was 143.3377 million yuan, 426.0255 million yuan and 819.8492 million yuan respectively; the gross profit margin of the main business was 20.05%, 30.11% and 36.88% respectively; the compound growth rate of operating income in the past three years was 139%, more than 20%, and the amount of operating income in the most recent year exceeded 300 million yuan. The expenditure on R & D was 29.2786 million yuan, 26.5807 million yuan and 60.194 million yuan respectively, accounting for 20.43%, 6.24% and 7.34% of operating income respectively.

In addition, Panon technology products are exported to overseas markets such as Europe, South Africa, Southeast Asia, North America and Australia. In 2017, 2018 and 2019, the company's main business income from abroad was relatively large, which was 77.5616 million yuan, 303.3542 million yuan and 581.9606 million yuan respectively, accounting for 54.42%, 71.42% and 71.22% of the main business income, respectively.
