Among them, commercial housing construction area of 110000 square meters, unlimited price; commercial land construction area of 155000 square meters.
Beijing soil whole storage hanging (flat)  lot 036, that is, Wangxinzhuang Town, Pinggu District, Beijing (No. 2 Land Phase III) PG00-0002-6006, the nature of the land is R2 Class II residential land, with a transfer area of 36500 square meters and a planned construction area of 85700 square meters, with a starting price of 1.328 billion yuan and a starting floor price of 15500 / square meters. there is no limit to the price of commercial housing.
