Production line introduction
Cold rolling production line: Guanzhou has two five-stand continuous rolling mills and two six-high reversing mills with a production specification range of 0.15~2.0*750~1500mm. The production line is equipped with automatic laser welding machine, flatness meter, laser tachometer and thickness meter. With thickness automatic control system, shape automatic control system, secondary automatic control system, can produce high-strength, deep drawing products, the products have accurate size, good shape and surface quality.
Aluminized zinc production line: Guanzhou has two continuous hot-dip galvanized production units, production specifications range. 15~2.0*750~1350mm. The production line is equipped with automatic narrow lap resistance welding machine, degreasing + electrolytic cleaning, continuous annealing furnace, polishing machine, stretching and straightening machine, roll coating machine, plate automatic detector (CCT), disc shears, electrostatic oiler. With constant elongation control system, constant rolling force control system, coating closed-loop control system, plate surface automatic detection system. Household appliances, deep drawing, construction, structural grade products.
Aluminized zinc magnesium production line: Guanzhou has a continuous hot-dip aluminized zinc magnesium production unit, production specifications range of 0.3~2.0*750~1350mm. The production line is equipped with automatic narrow lap resistance welding machine, degreasing + electrolytic cleaning, continuous annealing furnace, polishing machine, stretching and straightening machine, roll coating machine, plate automatic detector (CCT), disc shears, electrostatic oiler. Galvanizing production line: Guanzhou has four continuous hot-dip galvanizing production units, production specifications 0.15~6.0*750~1500mm. Products are divided into non-flower galvanized products, hot-based galvanized products, zinc-iron alloy products, galvanized pattern plate products.
Color coating production line: Guanzhou has seven continuous color coating units with a production specification range of 0.15mm 2.0 (Al-mg-mn 3.0) * 750mm-1650mm; printing products, hot coating products, suede mesh products, camouflage, self-cleaning, anti-static, antibacterial, heat insulation products; Used in military industry, home appliances, home decoration curtain walls, public buildings, large iron and steel groups, thermoelectricity, chemical industry, animal husbandry, glass ceramics, papermaking, medicine, electronics, cold chain logistics and so on.
Cold plate production line: Guanzhou has a continuous annealing unit, production specifications range of 0.5~2.0*750~1400mm. The production line is equipped with automatic narrow lap resistance welding machine, degreasing + electrolytic cleaning, vertical annealing furnace, leveling machine, stretching and straightening machine, plate automatic detector (CCT), pinhole detector, disc shears and electrostatic oiler.
Can produce 1200MPa grade high strength steel, deep drawing products, ultra deep drawing products.
