SMM: recently, the party and mass system of China Metallurgical Huludao Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. took the lead in organizing a copper-aluminum transition sheet recovery competition, which was enthusiastically attended by employees of eight directly subordinate units, with a total collection of 33 tons of copper and 41 tons of aluminum, completing the recovery task set by the competition 10 days ahead of schedule, so that the use value of idle materials was maximized, and the activation fund was 1.8 million yuan.

During the competition, on the basis of ensuring the stable operation of daily production, Huludao Nonferrous employees grabbed their spare time and actively participated in the copper-aluminum transition sheet disassembly competition. Due to the backlog of the transition piece for many years, it is difficult to disassemble, the workers cut off the rusty screws with gas welding, and then separate the copper and aluminum sheets with self-made tools for classified storage. The competition was hot, not only between the smelters, but also among the teams within the smelter. The originally planned one-month disassembly task was successfully completed in 20 days, 10 days ahead of schedule. Huludao Nonferrous has rewarded the participating units and outstanding contributors, which not only greatly mobilizes the labor enthusiasm of the broad masses of employees, but also promotes the production and operation of enterprises to be stable and far away.
