[concern] A list of year-on-year changes in the total amount control index of the first batch of rare earth mining and smelting separation in 2020

[list of year-on-year changes in the first batch of rare earth mining and smelting separation total control indicators in 2020] the first batch of data in 2020 increased slightly compared with the same batch in 2019, but it was still lower than the level of the same batch of indicators in 2018. This is in line with the call of some people in the industry to increase the supply of resources. In addition, it is worth pointing out that the increased mining indicators are rock-type rare earth (light), while China's most advantageous ionic rare earth (medium-heavy) index is flat, which is also a consistent practice of differentiated management of resources.

"[important] the first batch of total quantity control indicators for rare earth mining and smelting separation in 2020 will be released.

SMM7 March 9: in 2020, the total amount control targets of China's first batch of rare earth mining and smelting separation are 66600 tons and 63500 tons respectively, an increase of 6000 tons compared with 2019. The first batch of data for 2020 is slightly higher than that of the same batch in 2019, but it is still lower than the level of the same batch of indicators in 2018.

Rare earth mining index

In 2020, China's first batch of rock-type rare earth mines totaled 56425 tons, an increase of 6000 tons over 2019, and ionic rare earth mines totaled 9575 tons, unchanged from 2019.

The rock-type rare earth ore index of China rare Earth Co., Ltd. is 7175 tons, an increase of 1250 tons over 2019, and that of ion-type rare earth deposits is 1250 tons, which is the same as that in 2019. Among them, the rock-type rare earth ore index of China Steel Research Technology Group Co., Ltd. increased by 250 tons over 2019.

China North rare Earth (Group) Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. has only a rock-type rare earth mining target of 35375 tons, an increase of 750tons over 2019.

The rock-type rare earth ore index of South China rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. is 13875 tons (the mining index is all owned by Sichuan Jiang Copper rare Earth holding enterprises), an increase of 4000 tons over 2019, and the ionic rare earth ore index is 4250 tons, which is the same as in 2019.

The ionic rare earth ore indexes of Minmetals rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd., and Guangdong rare Earth Industry Group Co., Ltd., are 1005 tons, 1720 tons and 1350 tons, respectively. the mining indexes of these three rare earth mines are unchanged from 2019.

Total amount control index of smelting separation

The total amount of smelting separation in China will be controlled by 63500 tons in 2020, an increase of 6000 tons over 2019.

The smelting separation control index of China rare Earth Co., Ltd. is 10940 tons, an increase of 1250 tons over 2019, and the smelting separation control index of China Steel Research Technology Group Co., Ltd. is 750tons, an increase of 250tons over 2019.

The smelting separation control indexes of China North rare Earth (Group) High-tech Co., Ltd. And Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd. are 30492 tons and 1981 tons respectively, an increase of 751 tons and a decrease of 1 ton respectively compared with 2019.

The smelting separation control index of China Southern rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. is 11956 tons, an increase of 4000 tons over 2019. Among them, the smelting separation control index of Sichuan Jiangtong rare earth holding enterprises is 8160 tons, an increase of 4000 tons over 2019.

The smelting separation control indexes of Minmetals rare Earth Group Co., Ltd and Guangdong rare Earth Industry Group Co., Ltd. are 2829 tons and 5302 tons respectively, which are the same as those in 2019.
