Mexico launches sunset review investigation on anti-dumping of cold-rolled steel plates in China.

SMM News: Ternium applied to launch an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on cold-rolled steel plates originating in China. The Mexican customs codes of the products involved are 7209.16.01, 7209.17.01, 7225.50.02 and 7225.50.03.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020, and the damage analysis period is from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2020. Stakeholders are required to submit complete answers, comments and evidence that meet the requirements of the investigative authorities by 14:00 of the 28th working day after the announcement, that is, 14:00 Mexican time on July 27th. Comments and evidence in response to the views of other stakeholders should be submitted by 14:00 Mexico time on 6 August. The original anti-dumping measures are effective during the review period.
