The price of rare earth oxides in southern China increased by 5000 yuan / ton.

SMM5 March 12: China Southern rare Earth Group South rare Earth International Trading Co., Ltd. announced the latest listing prices of medium and heavy rare earth oxides, and the prices of some oxides have been raised. In terms of price changes, the listing price of gadolinium oxide was 157000 yuan / ton, up 4000 yuan / ton from the previous period, and that of holmium oxide was 360000 yuan / ton, up 5000 yuan / ton from the previous period. In addition, the prices of many varieties remain stable: samarium oxide 12000 yuan / ton, europium oxide 200000 yuan / ton, erbium oxide 148000 yuan / ton, dysprosium oxide 1.82 million yuan / ton, terbium oxide 4 million yuan / ton. ytterbium oxide listing price 100000 yuan / ton, lutetium oxide listing price is 4.2 million yuan / ton, yttrium oxide listing price is 20, 000 yuan / ton, scandium oxide listing price is 9 million yuan / ton.

【SMM Titanium Flash】On September 15th, JD.com released the "Titanium Assured" platform-level standard for the kitchen appliance industry, jointly announcing enterprise standards for pure titanium cookware and cups and mugs with the China Daily Hardware Technology Development Center and multiple brands. The standard specifies that the titanium substrate content of pure titanium cookware must be over 99%, and that of cups and mugs must be over 99.6%. It also sets requirements for titanium layer thickness, coating, and migration of harmful substances. Data shows that in the first half of 2026, online sales of titanium kitchenware increased by 94.1% year-on-year, and the growth rate of pure titanium cookware on the JD.com platform reached 335%. With the implementation of the standard and the platform's increased investment in supply chain, the large-scale application of titanium materials in the consumer kitchenware sector is expected to accelerate further.
