On May 8, driven by the rise in stainless steel prices downstream, ferrochromium quotation has also been continuously boosted recently. Inner Mongolia high-carbon ferrochromium ex-factory quotation is 5900-6100 yuan / 50 basis tons, northwest 6050-6150 yuan / 50 basis tons, Sichuan mainstream quotation 6200-6300 yuan / 50 basis tons, although the quotation range is not significantly different from yesterday, but the confidence of the market to quote high prices has been significantly enhanced; Chromium ore market, price stability today, South Africa 4042% chromium concentrate spot quotation 29-32 yuan / tonnage, outer offer 150-155 US dollars / ton; 3840% raw ore quotation 33-35 yuan / tonne, outer offer price 155-165 US dollars / ton.
