SMM April 8: SMM aluminum alloy ADC12 price

13100-13400

ADC12 Price Daily Review:

[macro small warming aluminum prices continue to repair ADC12/A00 aluminum prices continue to narrow] A00 aluminum prices fell 70 yuan / ton today, aluminum ingot inventory fell by more than 40, 000 tons per week yesterday, mostly due to downstream enterprises copy the bottom and recycled aluminum enterprises to increase the proportion of A00 aluminum addition, did not form a support for aluminum prices, but the market for aluminum downstream orders appeared some concern. Due to the previous A00 aluminum prices rose ADC12 prices almost did not follow, but raw aluminum prices rose slightly, so that today's recycled aluminum enterprises generally stabilized. The specific price is 13000 yuan / ton for large recycled aluminum enterprises, 12800 yuan / ton for small and medium-sized enterprises, and 12800 yuan / ton for small and medium-sized enterprises. Among them, the phenomenon of snatching orders in Chongqing is more obvious. Some large die casting plants take the opportunity to lock in April prices, resulting in a significant increase in low price transactions, and the ADC12 price gap between East and Southwest China is expanding. On the export side, due to the poor overall demand of Japan and South Korea, the export price maintained 1320 US dollars / ton, and the transaction was still poor. At present, the price difference between ADC12 and A00 aluminum is maintained at about 11001750 yuan / ton, and it is expected that the limit price difference will reach 9001500 yuan / tonne. The limit price difference is mainly due to the poor order and the low price. At present, due to the general addition of A00 aluminum to recycled aluminum enterprises, its price is related to the price of A00 aluminum. According to the general addition of about 30%, when the aluminum price changes by more than 200 yuan / ton, the ADC12 price is expected to have a corresponding change of 50 yuan / ton.
