Construction of Hoshine Silicon's Yunnan project to kick off 2020

SHANGHAI, Dec 20 (SMM) – Hoshine Silicon, a major silicon producer in China, will commence land levelling operation for its 800,000 mt/year silicon metal project in Zhaotong, Yunnan province in February 2020, according to sources. 

The project is located in Ciyuan Area of the Ludian Industrial Park. 

Land levelling work will take about one year, with the phase-one 400,000 mt/year of capacity slated to commission at end 2021.
