SMM11, March 19: according to SMM research, the import of nickel mines in November and December will be greatly reduced, mainly due to the limited quota of the first batch of mines in Indonesia, and there is no clear result for the rest of the mines at present. Indonesia's policy is not clear, and nickel miners dare not rush to ship any more. In addition, the Philippines is in the traditional rainy season, shipments seasonal sharp decline.
Although there has been a shortage of nickel ore supply, but due to the current nickel prices continue to fall, driving high nickel iron and stainless steel prices all the way down. The acceptability of high-priced raw materials has also declined, at present, most nickel and iron plants dare not rashly purchase, still in a wait-and-see state. Market transactions are rare and the market atmosphere is deserted.
