SHANGHAI, Nov 12 (SMM) – About 91,000 of heavy trucks were sold in China in October, up 8.3% from a month ago and 14.1% from a year ago, cvworld.cn said on Monday November 11.
For the first 10 months of 2019, China’s heavy truck sales amounted to 980,000 units, up 0.4% from the same period a year earlier.
Data from the auto industry information service provider also showed that sales of commercial vehicles in China, including buses and trucks, rose 4.8% month on month and 7% year on year to 357,000 units in October.
China’s sales of commercial vehicles in January-October saw a year-over-year decline of 2.5%, smaller than a drop of 9.7% in sales of passenger vehicles.
