SHANGHAI, Sep 25 (SMM) – China Railway has adjusted the charges for cargo transportation within the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and out of the region, according to a statement by the company released on Tuesday September 24.
The cuts in freight and miscellaneous charges for aluminium ingots and billets shipped out of Xinjiang were cancelled.
