At the production ceremony, Li Puliang, deputy general manager of the branch, briefly introduced the construction of the production line of the No. 1 plant of the second phase of the high pressure and high specific energy lithium manganate project with an annual output of 10000 tons. The main production equipment entered the market at the end of April 2019. Equipment factory installation personnel and project team members worked overtime to complete the equipment installation in just one month, and formally put into trial production on May 30, 2019. Subsequently, the branch secretary Lu Daowan pressed the feeding start button, marking the annual production of 10000 tons of high-pressure real high-specific energy lithium manganate phase II project No. 1 plant production line officially put into production.
Citic large manganese annual production capacity of 10000 tons of high pressure real high specific energy lithium manganate second phase project is a fully automatic production line, in the domestic lithium manganate industry belongs to the leading level, the production line can produce 13H, 13D and 15 series lithium manganate products under research and development.
In the future, the company will form a production scale of 50, 000 tons / year lithium manganate, 30, 000 tons / year ternary materials, 50, 000 tons / year high purity manganese sulfate, with an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan, providing 1500 jobs.
