[SMM data] low delivery stocks of aluminum ingots down another 37000 tons

On May 20, SMM calculated that the mainstream consumer electrolytic aluminum inventory was 1.309 million tons, down 37000 tons from last Thursday, and the trend of low arrival and de-inventory continued.
