Qingtuo Industry plans to expand 500000 tons of stainless Steel Seamless Steel Pipe Project

SMM News: Qingtuo Industry plans to use the stainless steel round steel bar provided by the company to further carry out stainless steel metal Calendering to produce stainless steel seamless pipe products. An investment of 300 million yuan was invested in the construction of an annual production line of 500000 tons of stainless steel seamless steel pipe in Shawan Village, Wanwu Town, Fu'an City.

The project is divided into two phases, with a total of 18 stainless steel piercing production lines (9 for each phase), including 18 sets of Φ 90 small cone angle precision piercing machines and a corresponding number of heating furnaces. Synchronous construction of generator gas station, main power room, water treatment facilities and air pressure station and other related auxiliary production facilities.

The construction cycle is two years, the first phase of the project will be put into production in December 2020, and the second phase of the project will be put into production in December 2021.

The project mainly produces hot pierced tube billets of AISI200, AISI300 and AISI400 series stainless steel seamless steel tubes, providing raw materials for hot rolled tubes, cold drawn tubes and other follow-up manufacturers.
