In the investment of the project, the investment in fixed assets is 150 million yuan, and there are one production workshop, one raw material workshop and one office building respectively. The new company covers a total area of 70 mu and adds 76 sets of production and inspection equipment. Among them, five regenerative smelting furnaces, three automatic ingot lines, two ingot robots and two sets of environmental protection dust collectors have been put into production. The aluminum alloy ingot / liquid project adopts advanced combined melting furnace + insulation furnace to pack aluminum liquid mode, as well as advanced equipment and technology such as regenerative combustion system, ingot stacking robot, automatic casting ingot line, cloth bag dust removal, on-line degassing and ceramic filtration.

It is reported that the temperature control system used in the newly built melting furnace can set process parameters, record data, record alarm, set the temperature in the furnace, and the system detects the actual temperature, furnace pressure, smoke exhaust temperature and other data in the furnace. The production situation in the furnace can be known at any time on the display screen and LCD screen. In addition, the furnace system takes natural gas as the main fuel to organize the production, adopts the industry advanced cloth bag dust removal technology, reduces the harmful components in the production process, and reduces the pollution to the environment.

Zhongfu aluminum alloy ingot / liquid project also adopts regenerative combustion system, which uses combustion residual temperature to return to the furnace to assist combustion, which has high thermal efficiency, accelerates the melting process of aluminum alloy material and shortens the melting time.

The ingot stacking robot used in the automatic ingot line improves the safety and stability of the operation, the degree of automation of the equipment is high, the stacked aluminum ingots are neat and beautiful, and the equipment is convenient for maintenance and inspection. Three ingot production lines use two robots to stack the ingots and cool the packaging after the forklift is transferred.

The application of aluminum liquid on-line degassing and ceramic filtration technology can effectively remove the residual gas and impurities in aluminum liquid, improve the pinhole degree of alloy and the compactness of materials, and greatly improve the product quality. The produced aluminum alloy liquid and aluminum alloy ingots have uniform composition, good crystallinity, pinhole standard, smooth surface and no impurities. After the trial of Xudong parts and other aluminum ingot enterprises, the response is good.
