Dynavolt to sell equity stake of Zhengzhou Dakar Auto Leasing

This was part of Dynavolt's move to reduce its business in new-energy vehicles

SHANGHAI, Nov 12 (SMM) – To reduce its business in new-energy vehicles, Dynavolt Renewable Energy Technology will sell its 80% equity stake of Zhengzhou Dakar Auto Leasing to Zhongjin Automobile Trading Service, at a benchmark price of 259 million yuan. 

The company has more than 30 years of battery manufacturing experience. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012.
