Report: Shaanxi to build steel strip capacities of 3 million mt annually

Construction of a cold-rolled galvanised steel strip project with annual capacity of 3 million mt will begin in Oct in Shaanxi

Construction of a cold-rolled galvanised steel strip project with annual capacity of 3 million mt will begin in October in Shaanxi province, Hancheng Daily reported. The timeline is according to the agreement last week between the government of Hancheng city and Shangruo Taiji Group.

With investment of 2.5 billion yuan, five production lines are expected to be commissioned by 2020. The first line will be commissioned by the end of May in 2019.
