The city government of Tangshan has required all sintering machines and shaft furnaces to be suspended during Jul 27-31

SHANGHAI, Jul 27 (SMM) – The city government of Tangshan has required all sintering machines and shaft furnaces to be suspended from Friday July 27 to Tuesday July 31 due to polluted weather forecast, SMM learned.

This is on top of the city’s current pollution improvement effort, which requires steel mills to limit operations during July 20 to August 31.
