Some 40,000 mt of output of rebar with diametres of 20-25 mm will be affected as Jiangsu Shagang undertakes maintenance on one of its rolling lines from June 20

SHANGHAI, Jun 5 (SMM) – Some 40,000 mt of output of rebar with diametres of 20-25 mm will be affected as Jiangsu Shagang undertakes maintenance on one of its rolling lines from June 20, SMM learned.

Maintenance is estimated to last till June 29, SMM learned.

Shagang, the largest, private steel company in China, produced 36.93 million mt of steel products in 2017. China's total output of steel products stood at 1,048 million mt last year.
