China’s social inventory of aluminium hit record high at 1.81 million mt as of Monday February 12, according to SMM data.

SHANGHAI, Feb 12 (SMM) – China’s social inventory of aluminium hit a record high of 1.81 million mt as of Monday February 12, according to SMM data. This is up from 1.78 million mt recorded on Thursday February 8.

Details are as follows:

Wuxi, Jiangsu – 742,000 mt

Shanghai – 388,000 mt

Nanhai, Guangdong – 278,000 mt

Gongyi, Henan – 167,000 mt

Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 124,000 mt

Tianjin – 55,000 mt

Chongqing – 23,000 mt

Linyi, Shandong – 23,000 mt
