SHANGHAI, Dec.15 (SMM)-100 km’s endurance mileage with single refuel, no overhead lines all the way, zero pollutant-emission… Foshan Gaomin modern tram pilot line, the first hydrogen-energy tram line in China, was released in Foshan, which symbolizes new breakthrough of mass production of hydrogen-energy tram in China.

Hydrogen-energy tram uses hydrogen fuel cell as the power, carrying high-power fuel cell of 230kW and high-capacity lithium titanate battery. Driven by hydrogen fuel cell with auxiliary power from lithium battery, the tram can run at the fastest speed of 70 km/h. The mixed power of hydrogen cell and lithium battery has the advantage of rapid response, good launching and acceleration performance and high braking energy recovery rate.

Cost expectations weaken, magnesium ingot market prices fall rapidly [SMM Magnesium Ingot Spot Express]
[Weakening cost expectations drive magnesium ingot prices sharply lower] The magnesium ingot market ended its brief shot up today, with prices drifting lower. Pullbacks in coal and ferrosilicon cooled expectations for cost support, and under high inventory and capital pressure, smelters rushed to offer low-priced spot magnesium. Downstream demand was already weak, and combined with wild swings in the market, confidence is lacking and wait-and-see sentiment is strong. Magnesium producers' pricing strategies will dominate the futures market going forward, and the market is expected to remain under pressure in the short term.
