One low-grade NPI plant in Shandong Province suspended its NPI production last weekend and switched to straight carbon steel production.

SHANGHAI, Dec.12 (SMM)－One low-grade NPI plant in Shandong Province suspended its NPI production last weekend and switched to straight carbon steel production.

The low-grade NPI output of this plant is 35,000 mt of physical content in November
