Nickel Spot in Shanghai, Nov 20

SHANGHAI, Nov 20 (SMM) – Nickel futures price slightly decreased this morning. Norilsk Nickel is at a RMB 300 – 400 / ton premium than Wuxi SSE Ni1712, and Jinchuan Nickel was at a RMB 650 – 700 / ton premium. Jinchuan did not change their quote on their refined nickel (780x850x3~5mm) which stayed RMB 93,200 / ton in Shanghai today. Most traders preferred to wait for their favorable price this morning, then prices stayed at consolidation and downstream steel factories and electroplating plants purchased for their needs. Some merchants also added up to their stocks. The main price range of transaction price was RMB 92,600 – 93,200 / ton this morning with a normal number of deals.
