SHANGHAI, Nov 10 (SMM) – National Development and Reform Commission published their opinions on further and comprehensive implementation of the price mechanism reform. It encourages better policy of ladder price and wider implementation of the policy on electricity and water. The implementation method should be in detail and the price gap should be reasonable to eliminate outdated capacity. The ladder price for urban non-civilian water use should be applied comprehensively with reasonable pricing and price gap.
