Zinc Price Going down, Will Smelting Plants Production Go up?

Recently zinc price dives below 26,000 yuan per tonne at 40-day moving average.

SHANGHAI, Nov.9 (SMM)－Recently zinc price dives below 26,000 yuan per tonne at 40-day moving average. SMM learned except weak consumption, smelting plants resume their production and market supply increases, which influences the zinc price tendency. In October, expect overhaul of Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet, other plants are operating normally. In November all plants are expected to be normal without suspended plants. Hence the output may increase further.
