SHANGHAI, Nov.6 (SMM)－Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Environmental Protection released the Notice on Stagger Production for Building Industry in “2+26” Cities during Autumn and Winter of 2017-2018, requiring those key cities like Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan and Anyang to limit their steel production by 50% during heating season (Nov.15th,2017 to Mar.15th,2018), calculating by capacity of blasting furnaces and verifying by actual power consumption of enterprises. Other “2+26” cities decide production limit policy on their own according to local air quality in autumn and winter.
