SHANGHAI, Nov.3 (SMM)－Recently one high-nickel pig iron plant in Inner Mongolia began to do maintenance, mainly to coordinate with stricter environmental protection requirements to overhaul desulfurizers. Meanwhile high-nickel pig iron suspends production which is estimated to last for at least 20 days, This plant has the capacity of high-nickel pig iron of 5,400 tonnes. With 3,500 tonnes’ physical quantity output in October, the figure in November is expected to drop to zero.
