SHANGHAI, Nov.3 (SMM)－According to monitoring of Hunan non-ferrous metals industry, with stricter environmental administration, enterprises in Hunan nonferrous industry accelerate their transformation and upgrading as well as pace of innovation and development. The whole industry is overall good. In 2017 Q3, the Hunan Non-ferrous Metals (Chenzhou) Index surges greatly, which has firstly stood above the balance line of prosperity since 2013, setting new high since 2012 Q2.
