






SHANGHAI, Oct. 25 (SMM)-According to Mandarin Financial, Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo, the CEO of state-owned miner PT Aneka Tambang(Antam) said on Tuesday, the company has attained extra 1.25 million export quota of nickel ore, valid for 12 months. He said, up to September, the company has exported 1.9 million tonnes nickel ore. The company attained the 2.7 million tonnes export quota in April.
The estimated export volume of nickel ore from Antam is 2.7 million tonnes in 2017, which accords with SMM’s anticipation. Up to Oct.24th, Indonesia has approved total export quota of nickel ore of 13.29 million wet tonnes. Currently relevant mines are operating in normal order. According to shipment and quota amount of each mine, SMM estimates in 2017, Indonesia ‘s export volume of medium and high-grade nickel ore will be 4-5 million wet tonnes.
