SHANGHAI, Oct. 12 (SMM) – Some small warehouses in Guangzhou are already full, SMM learns.

Capacity of large warehouses, however, has been utilized by only 70-80%.

At present, steel stocks in Guangzhou total roughly 1 million tonnes.
