SHANGHAI, Sept. 30 (SMM)－From October 1st-25th, Department of Environmental Protection of Hebei Province will transfer law enforcement backbone of 1300 people from each city and establish 40 provincial law enforcement inspection teams. Every city will coordinate with each other and establish 122 municipal enforcement inspection teams, carrying out the second round law enforcement for air environment within the province.
