SHANGHAI, Sept. 22 (SMM) – Nickel futures price, which tumbled on Thursday’s night trading, extended the declines on Friday’s morning business.
Traders were active in the market, and downstream producers also made brisk inquiries, but actual transactions were limited, SMM learns. Some were wary of purchases due to pessimistic outlook.
Russian nickel traded at premiums of 400-450 yuan per tonne, and Jinchuan nickel traded at premiums of 1,000-1,100 yuan per tonne, with mainstream traded prices between 84,800-85,800 yuan per tonne.
