SHANGHAI, Oct 20 (SMM) - China's aluminum wire and cable exports fell 9.39% month on month to 70,081.8 t in September, a milder drop than August's 24.77% decline but still 37.65% below the June peak. Pure aluminum strand slipped 12.40% to 53,644.2 t, while ACSR rose 2.10% to 16,437.6 t. January-September volume reached 533,698.8 t, or 1.91 times the whole of 2025. SMM sees fourth-quarter exports at 146,000-166,000 t and the full-year total at 680,000-700,000 t.
